目的 调查妇产科护士职业倦怠现状及其影响因素，并分析社会支持对职业倦怠的作用路径。方法 采用方便抽样法选取内蒙古自治区两所三级甲等综合医院和1所三级甲等妇产专科医院的198名妇产科护士，使用Maslach职业倦怠问卷、护士情绪劳动量表、社会支持评定量表进行问卷调查。结果 妇产科护士职业倦怠评分为(38.23±12.80)分；表层扮演、深层扮演和身体健康状况均影响护士职业倦怠水平；情绪劳动对职业倦怠具有正向影响作用，社会支持在情绪劳动与职业倦怠之间起调节作用，交互项的回归系数为-0.161。结论 妇产科护士职业倦怠情况不容忽视，管理者应对可控的影响因素制定针对性的干预措施，促进护士身心健康，提高护理服务质量，为职业倦怠防控提供指导和实践依据。
