妇产科护士职业倦怠的影响因素及路径分析

摘要:

目的 调查妇产科护士职业倦怠现状及其影响因素,并分析社会支持对职业倦怠的作用路径。方法 采用方便抽样法选取内蒙古自治区两所三级甲等综合医院和1所三级甲等妇产专科医院的198名妇产科护士,使用Maslach职业倦怠问卷、护士情绪劳动量表、社会支持评定量表进行问卷调查。结果 妇产科护士职业倦怠评分为(38.23±12.80)分;表层扮演、深层扮演和身体健康状况均影响护士职业倦怠水平;情绪劳动对职业倦怠具有正向影响作用,社会支持在情绪劳动与职业倦怠之间起调节作用,交互项的回归系数为-0.161。结论 妇产科护士职业倦怠情况不容忽视,管理者应对可控的影响因素制定针对性的干预措施,促进护士身心健康,提高护理服务质量,为职业倦怠防控提供指导和实践依据。
