目的 基于Pearson相关系数探讨我国临床护士团队合作与工作满意度的相关性。方法 以计算机结合手工方式检索PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中文知网全文数据库(CNKI)、中国科技期刊数据库(VIP)和万方数据库中关于护士团队合作和工作满意度相关性的文献,研究者按照标准独立进行文献筛选和评价文献质量,提取资料后,采用RevMan5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果 最终纳入8篇文献,文献质量总体较好。Meta分析结果显示,护士团队合作与工作满意度合并相关系数0.47,亚组分析显示,我国临床护士团队合作与工作满意度的相关性在不同地区、抽样方法、资料来源方面存在差异。结论 临床护士团队合作和工作满意度存在中等程度相关。护理管理者可采取干预性措施,增强护理团队成员在工作中的认同感和归属感,进而提升护士工作满意度。
Abstract:Objective To reflect the correlation between teamwork and job satisfaction of nurses in China through Pearson correlation coefficient.Methods Databases including PubMed、Web of science、EMbase、CMB,CNKI,VIP and Wan Fang Data were searched to collect literature on the correlation between teamwork and job satisfaction of nurses. Two reseraches screened and evaluated the literature independently according to inclusion/exclusion criteria. Then related data were extracted and analyzed using RevMan 5.4 software.Results We identified 8 studies. The results showed that 8 studies were qualified. The combined correlation coefficient of nurses teamwork and iob satisfaction was 0.47, the correlation between teamwork and job satisfaction among our clinical nurses differed between regions, sampling methods, and sources of information.Conclusion There is a moderate correlation between clinical nurses' teamwork and their job satisfaction. Therefore, nursing managers should take measures to enhance the cohesion of nursing team members at work, which in turn improves nurses' job satisfaction.
